  Always thrilled! Convinced at the first visit, as the car insurance alone was 300 euros cheaper with the same and sometimes better services! It was stolen while on vacation, the damage was reported, everything was settled within a week - from abroad! Liability damage reported late in the evening, the injured party was contacted the next day! Deserving 5* for consistent, great service and always worth recommending! Update: Even after a few years as a customer, we are still very satisfied, quick and competent claims processing and constant advice on improvements and adjustments to all situations.

  Hello, we came to Generali Versicherung Germersheim through a recommendation. We were welcomed very friendly and politely. Even the children had fun, so we could concentrate fully on the insurance. Ultimately, the contract was concluded and we saved a lot of money and are even better protected or insured. Thank you very much Ms. Mail and Mr. Lutzke.   The claims are not being settled in full - in my case, the invoice from the injured party's expert was only partially paid, so the claims are now being made to me. Unfortunately I didn't get any support from the office but was just forwarded to the head office where I heard that Sole was complaining. Furthermore, I was accused of a PROFESSIONAL DISABILITY that would NEVER have paid.
