::Really nice practice, might have to wait a little but the care and attention is superb.

::One of the best doctors I have ever seen (and there have been a few). Longer waiting times, yes - but conversely that simply means: time for the patient's concerns. With Mrs. Dr. Haseke really puts the patient first and that shows during conversations and examinations. She responds very empathetically to people and does not provide run-of-the-mill solutions. She also doesn't shoot sparrows directly with cannons, but rather maintains a holistic, sustainable and gentle approach with a lot of attention towards the patient. I even come across town for this. I've never noticed that the employees are supposed to be unfriendly. The job is certainly stressful, especially when you are confronted with illness and impatience every day. There are bad days and good days - we all know that very well.

::Very responsive, super friendly and attentive, short waiting time, English speaking.

::Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with this practice. Due to complaints, I visited the practice and made an appointment. It started with the unfriendly receptionists, the patients who come are sick, so is it too much to expect a certain level of friendliness? Despite having an appointment, I had to wait almost 2 hours. Patients who came after me were called earlier. I had the unwanted opportunity to observe everything about how you deal with older people in particular. I am absolutely not satisfied with my visit.

::I can only recommend the practice and have been a patient for 8 years now. It is one of the few practices where a fully comprehensive diagnosis is actually taken care of. You don't get stuck with meaningless prescriptions and the question: How long do you want to be on sick leave? fobbed off. Rather, everything will be checked, even if this results in further appointments. Yes, there are waiting times from time to time, but I also have to say that time is always taken, so that's absolutely fine with me. If you can't reach anyone by phone, you can contact us by email and you'll get a response in a timely manner. I can only say positive things about the entire practice team. I have already been to both Drs. Hasekes and have also been able to get to know one or two of the assistant doctors over the years. In between, I even took other routes to get a good diagnosis.
