::I have been a patient in the practice for years. Mr. Zapf is an excellent dentist. He placed 3 bridges on implants for me. I'm really very happy with the result. Everything fits perfectly and looks perfect. Truly an aesthetic, natural looking denture. I feel in good hands in the practice. Everyone is friendly and competent. I can highly recommend the Zapf dental practice.

::My husband was at this practice in August of this year For the purpose of a root canal treatment, which in retrospect turned out to be completely unnecessary Because the tooth was then extracted Since we are privately insured, we were of course billed according to the highest rate Everything would be reimbursed by the health insurance company except for 29 euros The bill was over 1000 euros!! I transferred everything except for the said difference, as the reason for the supposedly increased time required was not recognized by my health insurance company This practice promptly asked me to pay the 29 euros Honestly, if almost 1000 euros isn't enough, then I don't understand that at all We will never visit this practice again!!!!! PS I then transferred the difference plus a 5 euro reminder fee because I was threatened with legal dunning proceedings by this super dentist, i.e. rip-off artist!!! No doctor has ever done that before Well, apparently he can't get enough of it, That's really the very last thing, it's a shame that there aren't 0 stars to post!!!!

::I have been receiving treatment from Mr. Zapf for several years now. Time is always taken for the patient here. If treatment is necessary, all options are always discussed and the optimal solution is found together. My health is the priority here.
