  Unfortunately, this dental practice is not patient-oriented. Emphatic behavior seems to be an absolute foreign word for one of the receptionists. Patient complaints about this are neither taken seriously nor properly heard - complaints management does not seem to exist. You will also be charged more than what is legally permitted. I can only recommend this practice to work desperately on its practice culture, which unfortunately completely lacks respect and courtesy towards the patient.

  Very nice team with a very friendly Dr. Katja Rauch. Have been there for years and always happy. Oh yes, she didn't drill at all ... 😄👍

  I have been here since childhood and I was always satisfied. Had extreme problems with my whitening teeth twice and could always come over on the same day! :)

  I always get an appointment quickly and the team is super nice!
