  I had my teeth cleaning appointment on Wednesday and was greeted warmly and the person who carried out the procedure explained everything beautifully and was super nice and friendly. I'm looking forward to my next appointment

  I changed my dentist to have my teeth cleaned, the costs of which were covered by my health insurance at Dr. Ball can be taken over to take advantage. The ladies at reception were very friendly. Very short waiting time. So far everything is good. The assistant/dentist who was doing the cleaning came into the room without saying a word and started. When he finally left I was apparently finished. Since then I have had rough teeth and I am not satisfied with the thoroughness of the cleaning. I have never been treated so unkindly and I will never visit this practice again.

  From reception to the dental assistants to the dentists, a competent, friendly team. Helpers very friendly and helpful. The dentists are TOP. I went to the practice as a child and am very satisfied with the dentists and feel comfortable and at ease. Colors happy and cozy practice.

  I have been a patient of the practice for years and am very satisfied. Since I had bad experiences in the dentist's chair as a child, I am usually tense and very sensitive to pain. The Ball dentists know this and deal with it sensitively and patiently. I also appreciate the trusting relationship with the practice in other respects.

  I've been in the dentist's office for about a year. So far I'm very happy with everything. Friendly staff, very quick appointment finding and good treatment. I think you also take a lot of time. Can't say anything bad. I can't confirm the bad rating.
