::So far I haven't had any bad experiences. With Dr. Brandmair, a gentleman and another lady, I have always received very good advice and have always been taken seriously and satisfied! However, the last time I had an incredibly arrogant doctor. If I'm not mistaken, this should be Dr. must have been bonk. I had bladder problems. Unfortunately, since I didn't have to go to the toilet at that moment, I had to come back for a urine sample. According to what they said, they wouldn't be able to help me otherwise. Because it could be ANYTHING and she can't help me like that. She didn't really listen to my symptoms. Now she suggested an alternative date, at a time on a day when I had an interview. So I thought I didn't have time there. She made a totally cheeky statement: "Well, if you don't care about yourself and your health, of course you don't have time here." That's probably my problem and my decision. Whatever your purpose, this woman will not see me again. I was speechless and said I would make the appointment online. The best is yet to come. I made a new appointment (online) with a different doctor. Urine sample submitted. It comes from her: that this oh-so-important urine sample was free because it would then have to be sent to the laboratory and that would take a few days. She suspects a bladder infection and irritable bladder. According to my symptoms, it's more like an irritable bladder. Gave me a herbal medication - it helped :) That's why my urine wasn't sent in either. It wasn't necessary either. Never experienced anything like this before.

They still have a 2-hour lunch break without announcing it, then they act arrogantly: "They should know that" It's really unbelievable how customers are treated just because the state forces you to present a prescription to the pharmacy for every little thing

::Doctors and staff are very friendly. The hospital is clean and has a calm area. I think the doctors have dealt with me appropriately. Foreign visitors are also accepted immediately and appreciate the excellent care.
