  The epitome of incompetence. I couldn't spontaneously think of a branch or other company that was so bad. Since the branch was remodeled a few years ago, it has been an ongoing disaster there. Customer-oriented work is considered a dirty word there. But of course, if a customer dares to disturb the endless private conversations, you can get angry. In every snack bar there is more motivation presented at the counter than in this establishment. If you even dare to say this, you will be asked into a room where three graces will sit there and ask you to cancel everything immediately. But of course, criticism only gets in the way when you're playing around every day. If you then nod and quit, your superior (in this case an ominous Mr. Korte) doesn't shy away from calling you and claiming that your own mother had already warned you about it. O.O (It has a bit of a secondary school in a socially disadvantaged area) Of course it's stupid if the person in question has never been to this branch and doesn't know anything about it. If you want to take Mr Korte to task for this audacity, he is of course ill and downplays every conversation. If you talk about something like this in the main branch, the argument is as follows (original tone) "That's not an opinion from you (customer), but criticism and we won't allow that" I strongly advise against this bank!
