::Unfortunately, one often has the feeling that the employees who work there don't really feel like it. The staff from the zoo department are very friendly and helpful. And the animal area has a very large selection. Also for horses and ponies. This saves the long drive to the nearest horse shop in Braunschweig. At least for bridles, electric fence tape and smaller horse needs. Of course you don't get riding clothes there :)
