::Incredible building, nice design, spacious room, big sofa bed perfect for families with kids, great food (one of the best burgers I have eaten in a while), attentive staff and really nice breakfast.

::The hotel is beautiful, bed was great and room super spacious!!! But first the shower head handle was broken so it would stay up to take a proper shower. Then the phone wasn’t working so couldn’t even call reception to ask for help on anything. Ended up calling reception from my own cellphone to the hotel phone number was the only way to communicate. Then the second day there the staff gave me the wrong information that the kitchen was closing at 10:30pm, I arrived at 10:10pm after work to eat at the restaurant and ofc kitchen was already closed. Also the day of my checkout even though I had a DO NOT DISTURB sign at the door, the staff knocked at the door 3 different TIMES throughout the morning!! To be honest the staff needs a much better training at this hotel, service is inefficient!! Also some of them pretend they speak English and understand you but I guess they don’t!!

::Beautiful, charming and very good experience. Staff is really good and professional, the design, decoration and each single element are just super nice and always updating in the Lobby (I come frequently) Rooms are spacious and also very well decorated (and quite!) The bar, breakfast and restaurant are very cool. Several services above all. Only point: some few rooms don’t have outside window, not recommended for all.

::We chose the Gastwerk as hotel for our wedding guests. A big thank you to the reservation and reception team who supported us during the planning and on the day perfectly. All our guests loved their rooms, the service, breakfast buffet and cocktails at the bar. The hotel Gastwerk was a perfect choice for us to have a comfortable home during an exciting wedding weekend.
