  It was our first time in Erfurt and we made a very good choice with Haus Nikolai. Everything is very clean, with sufficient room and bathroom size. Reception and the breakfast buffet are located in the Augustinian monastery, approx. 100m away. Very good, rich breakfast, which is still reasonable at €14/person. The only point of criticism is the lack of parking space. It's best to unload on site and then drive to the nearest car park, which costs €10 per day.

  Reception is in the Augustinian monastery. (This is usually only staffed until 4 p.m.). We were lucky, an employee who was actually already off work told us how we could get the key (we were not told this by email or telephone). Our room in the guest house was very pleasant, the bathroom with old tiles - beautiful for me. Proximity to the center is great. Breakfast was in the main building, but unfortunately there were no tables for two in the great breakfast room. The church and grounds invite you to linger (and pray). We will be back

  It was my first time in Erfurt and I hit the jackpot with the Nikolai guesthouse. Super nice and quiet, located on the Gera. Very clean, simply furnished rooms. Parking at the guesthouse costs €14 per day. Breakfast also costs €14 extra and is not free. Nevertheless, the guest house is recommended due to its great location, right in the old town.

  A very pleasant place. The building itself is an attraction. The rooms are quite large, although they cannot accommodate a larger family. The service was very pleasant and helpful. We spend nice time.

  A gem in the spiritual city of Luther. Fair pricing and super location. Quite authentic
