::Great selection, some of the staff are very nice, but unfortunately some employees don't count the empties accurately, or always to the detriment of the customer. Three times there was a difference to my disadvantage, once 1 bottle, then 2 bottles, and today only 53 bottles were counted instead of 60, that's cheating and has nothing to do with miscounting. After I pointed out that I had counted the bottles exactly, the number was changed immediately without a word, very questionable!!! Not everyone is like that, it's true that the workforce has been around for a long time. Maybe the company should train its employees to be more advanced in mathematics or to be more civilized. Today on March 1st, 2024 I took away 3 boxes of empties which an employee had to count by hand, it was the colleague on duty who always miscounted in her favor, a total of 65 bottles were handed in, 55 were counted. I call this customer fraud. After consulting with the company headquarters in Rossau, they apologized profusely and promised to take steps to ensure that something like this would not happen again. It's not about a human miscount, it's about fraud, which mainly affects 1 colleague in this store. People count your empties in advance and if you have any problems, contact the company headquarters in Rossau. I always count everything and mark all the bottles with an Eding at the bottom. If you speak to your colleague immediately after printing the receipt, she will immediately change the number and print another empties receipt.
