::Wanted to make an appointment for the afternoon on Friday morning (men's cut). A very nice employee informed me that this was not necessary, as they generally do not assign appointments for men's cuts. The men are "pushed in between". Arrived at the agreed time, a very unfriendly lady asked me if I had an appointment. I said no and referred to the morning phone call. This ended the conversation, she had something to do and "that must have been agreed by the early shift" was the final statement. Without a new cut, very annoyed by the unfriendliness and disappointed by the lack of agreement between the ladies, I am never ready to enter this shop again. You can invest money and time better!
