::booked this hotel through booking in the noon time, afterwards our car was broken on the highway, we got tolled and stuck there. so we right way called both side to cancel it. the hotel lied to me say he can give me a exception but have to talk to booking, then they told booking that they can't do it and still have to charge us. then i called them again, either no one answer or the supervisor is not there, in the end hang up my phone...very unpleasant experience
