  Dear Fressnapf team, I think your product range is very extensive and I will find it in abundance. However, when it comes to the friendliness and enthusiasm of working in the Schönebeck branch, I am sometimes quite shaken. One has the impression that the employees will run away as soon as they see a customer. Asking questions or having sales talks doesn't go down well with Scheibar either. Until a few months ago, a young lady, presumably an intern, was present. Young lady, I don't know your name, but you have given me conscientious and friendly advice, which you cannot expect from the other, long-standing colleagues. It is a pity that you are no longer active in the Schönebeck branch. You really had the feeling that you were doing your work with great enthusiasm.

  That the shop is still running is a surprise. Friendly staff? I did not see. I saw 2 puffing saleswomen who come in after 10 minutes and ignore you. Fortunately, there are now other pet shops in SBK, where super friendly shop assistants are at your side and offer advice.
