  A nice museum where you can see how people lived during the 18th - 19th century. It is interesting and has lots of different places to visit including a shoe shop, a school classroom and blacksmiths'. For €6 this is reasonably priced and they also have a nice café.

  It was a perfect place to revisit ancient history. We visited on Saturday, and the entry was free. There are no tickets for Saturday.

  Very nice open air Museum, good maintaining and natural resources! My child really enjoyed this place especially feeding the farm animals.

  The museum of houses are well maintained. One can understand the functions of each houses in the description slides provided in the front.

  The Mühlenhof open-air museum in Münster covers five hectares in the Sentrup district in the immediate vicinity of Aasee, the all-weather zoo and the LWL-Museum für Naturkunde, displaying the rural and artisan culture of the region for four centuries. Around 30 historic buildings were either moved from their original location to the Münster museum in Westphalia or rebuilt there based on old models. The interior furniture with historical collection gives an impression of the way of life and working methods of the people who were once at home here. Excellent place to enjoy with your family.
