  At first I can't get through on the phone. It's not possible for me to talk to the AB about making an appointment!!! Then they call back after 3 hours. There won't be any Young people accepted!? Despite complaints. Well, she probably has enough money/patients. poor Germany

  Friendly staff and hardly any waiting times with an appointment. Competent doctor.

  I find it difficult to follow the good reviews. GKV patients regularly wait around an hour despite an appointment. And of course regardless of your own poor condition. Two-class medicine at its best…
