  Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Ms. Lemmel and her employees. I have to agree with the man here, the staff is really unfriendly. Ms. Lemmel did my first 2 fillings, both of my teeth had small fillings. Two separate appointments were planned for each filling. Then Ms. Lemmel made a spontaneous decision and persuaded me to do two fillings at the same time, on the lower tooth without an injection, which was very painful and I lay there for two hours. The fact is that I felt pain immediately after the filling. At first I thought it was normal after the filling, then the pain got worse and worse and I had to take painkillers every day. I then went back to Ms. Lemmel (after 2 months) and explained to her that I was in severe pain and that I couldn't eat anything on my side, especially cold or warm drinks/food causing severe pain. Mrs. Lemmel convinced me again that there was nothing wrong with the tooth, nothing was wrong, she didn't even take x-rays, so she sent me home with pain. The pain got worse and worse and I couldn't sleep anymore. I then went to another dentist and wanted a second opinion, who immediately diagnosed root inflammation. Ultimately the tooth died on its own, the tooth has already been treated twice with root canal treatment and crowned twice. Since the pain was still there, the tooth was extracted this year. The oral surgeon discovered a cyst on this tooth and removed it, but the pain is still there. Because Ms. Lemmel sent me home in pain and the tooth died on its own, inflammation caused a cyst that was not seen for a long time. It was only discovered when it had already attacked the healthy tissue and jawbone and the pain had worsened. I'm still in pain until now, continuous pain for 4 years!!! I see this as bodily harm and failure to provide assistance! I was not taken seriously in this practice and was processed as if I were being rushed! If you don't want to lose healthy teeth, have to struggle with pain for 4 years like I did and, above all, are looking for a friendly practice, you should avoid this practice! I was very disappointed with Ms. Lemmel and her staff and would like to warn everyone out there!!! 😰

  I have been going to this wonderful dentist for over 15 years. I also had various examinations, corrections, repairs, root canal treatments, etc. And I always received friendly and competent advice there. It's not just a job that Dr. Lemmel explains there but it is a passion. And you notice that with every move. I didn't have good teeth before and at a young age she explained to me clearly how to keep my teeth healthy in the long term. I still benefit from that today. I can only recommend this practice to everyone. Even in an emergency, you will be taken in quickly or even treated outside of practice hours. There are a few things in life that you can be happy about if you have found something good, for example: a life partner, a reliable cleaning lady, a good family doctor, and also a good dentist. Without exaggerating, I can only recommend this practice with all the nice dental assistants and this doctor!!

  A dentist as she should be. That's exactly right! The information is comprehensive and excellent, the treatment is very good. ...the team fits that! An always friendly, always trying practice where you feel like you are in good hands.

  Very good practice. You arrive on time and everyone is very nice. Miss Dr. Lemmel takes a lot of time and explains everything that is being done. Very professional and sensitive at the same time. I am glad that I ended up with this great doctor and the team after my former doctor retired. And another plus is the parking right in front of the door, but that's just a positive side effect.

  Anyone who wants to hear unfriendly and stupid comments is in good hands with Ms. Lemmel. Children in particular like to be snapped at. We will definitely never go to this incompetent and unfriendly person again.
