::I am very satisfied in myself. The doctor who is still in the practice is very friendly and nice. It doesn't examine you roughly. However, I would like the medical assistants not to always smoke when you come. It smells extremely unpleasant, especially for a pregnant woman, and unfortunately no one is there when you come back from the room to make an appointment from the doctor. And that the doctor looks into the computer maybe 1 minute beforehand to see who is coming next. Unfortunately, you got an uncomfortable feeling when you were constantly asked questions about things that didn't suit you at all. Illnesses / operations that are definitely in the computer, after she looked again, she always said "oh yes, that's right here". Is really the only thing I have to say as an improvement. Otherwise very nice team.

::Endless waiting times, misorganization and non-compliance. I left without seeing the doctor. Too bad. I had waited 6 weeks for the appointment.

::Very bad practice organization. Waiting times of 2-3 hours are normal despite appointment. Unfortunately, the helpers do not take it seriously when they have time pressure. no practice in which one feels well looked after and taken seriously.

::Was with Dr. Bergmann, one of the few doctors who is super nice and sometimes jokes, makes you feel much more relaxed. Helped me with my problem. It would be nice if there were more doctors like that !!
