::I have been seeing Dr. for as long as I can remember. Heming patient. I have always felt comfortable and well advised and informed; I trust this dentist and the other employees on site implicitly. My teeth were a complete disaster back then - crooked, huge gaps, etc. ... so they were a permanent construction site. Dr. Heming managed to ensure that today I have beautiful, straight teeth without pain. I am eternally grateful to her for that. Finding a good dentist is difficult, especially one who is careful and explains things in a way that a layperson can understand. Thank you!!

::Absolute rip off and very poor customer service. The dentist was never actually there, I was always only treated by her assistants, which in my opinion is unacceptable when it comes to orthodontic treatment. After 4 years of wearing braces, my teeth were still completely uneven and a biting nightmare. I don't understand how a woman like that can continue to offer orthodontic services! My future orthodontist was shocked when I showed him the final result, which in her opinion can be considered satisfactory. Unfortunately, it was a complete mistake to have acted so late. I cannot recommend the practice in any way! The helpers don't seem really motivated either, constant waiting seems to be viewed as normal and the treatment is simply shameful. I should come to terms with the fact that my teeth will never be straight. The brackets are glued sideways and unclean. And yet, after 2 years of treatment with a new orthodontist, I now have wonderful teeth. One star would be too much for the shameful performance of this practice.

::Super nice dentist. She is great with children and young people. Since our son is really afraid of the dentist, we were very well looked after in the practice. She takes her time and can explain everything in a child-friendly way.
