::I was almost 6 years old and had a toothache due to tooth decay. My mother was a patient here and so she went with me to Dr. Düwel, at that time still in the practice on Rochusstrasse. I don't want to go into too much detail. Also because I have no witnesses other than my mother and I don't want to be sued for slander. I was traumatized by my experiences there! Today, my heart rate still increases when I pass the former practice on Rochusstrasse. Shortly afterwards, my mother got a tip for another dentist. He saw me, saw my fear and managed to get me treated CHILD-FRIENDLY without any problems. So it was possible. I am still a patient there today and am glad that my dentist is there. These events took place in 1998. This assessment should be viewed accordingly. But I had to get it off my chest.

::The work is done right here! I was bothered by an old filling for months, but my old dentist said everything was fine. I had the filling replaced here and haven't had any problems since then, finally no sensitivity when drinking water! Great team and quick diagnostics!

::It is a great shame that Dr Tillmann is leaving. She is such a great dentist. She does a good job and takes away your fears simply with her cheerful nature. All the best and much success for the future

::There is no better dentist. I always travel specifically from Cologne because I don't trust anyone else. Also very nice practice!

::Horrible practice After I changed dentists after years, I now have to find out that everything Dr. Düwel-Westphal has “done” my teeth and needs to be renewed. According to my new dentist, the fillings were made with a material that can actually only be used temporarily. I had terrible pain after a root canal, which I then went to the new dentist for and was told that it was due to non-sterile equipment or improper work. So I can only advise everyone not to go to this dental practice.
