::Unfriendly, didn't take any time, didn't answer the phone. Not recommendable. She's probably overwhelmed with her kids ... one of them even faxed in the treatment room. She cannot make appointments either. A follow-up treatment for an operation at my sister's completely ruined her. Am very disappointed.
