  Let's put it this way: You are grateful for every help you get as a cancer patient. Only: waiting 1 hour EVERY time, be it for a prescription or an examination, not even being available by phone in emergencies (even e-mails are well and happily deleted, which I was even told), no other advice Apart from getting the medication, no empathy and also every time sleazy answers from the doctor's staff, shouting personal data through the waiting room - unfortunately none of this works. All of the patients are going through the worst time of their lives there and then you are still treated as if you were just another number that only has a minor condition.
