::Summary: Poor customer service, very good location, good food. We booked two nights of “Feast and Slumber” package, which includes four-course dinners with wine. In the first night everything was amazing; we had a table prepared for our name, we got served a four-course menu, and we had a glass of wine with each course. However, in the next evening we were told that our booking does not include the package that time. We showed our booking document, which clearly showed that we were paying 2 x the daily price of the package. Then, the person at the reception said that probably there was something wrong in the website at the time of booking. She ridiculously took out a calculator and showed us the hypothetical price that we would need to pay for two nights of the aforementioned service. We tried to explain our point over and over again but we eventually gave up since the receptionist was repeating the same price calculations and she was not trying to understand us at all. First of all, as customers, we don’t have to know all the prices in their website. If one has a booking document proving the purchase of a certain service, they have to deliver it! We believe that, part of this rude attitude is due to the fact that we are foreigners and we don’t speak perfect German. We will never ever come this place again and we will make a negative advertisement everywhere. We will also make an official complaint to EVZ.DE.
