Sunday after Christmas - all restaurants closed - everyone at home and the whole district must be supplied - with all planning - please understand! We stand at the supermarket checkout and also in front of the shoe store and understand! Handmade pizza with fresh ingredients is still worth 5 stars! Maybe faster with others - but also tasty?

::After 2 hours still no food, despite the order confirmation. When calling either busy or no one picks up. After more than 2 1/2 hours the driver came, he could take the delivery back with him, by then we had already eaten something else.

::Ordered at 6:38 pm. Now it is 8:50 p.m. and Essen is still not there. Call successful the 10th time. Got a snappy answer. No redress or the like offered. Instead, put off for next time. So there is no order again (and we are always over 50 euros). I worked at Dominos and the customer ALWAYS received a goodie so that he was still satisfied. I'm curious how the pizza tastes, because the lady said it would take about 30 minutes. That would be 3 hours delivery time.
