::The rooms are hot and their air conditioner is off unless its the summer. The only way to cool down the room is to open the window which is right across from a huge bus station. So you either sweat all night or hear loud noises all night long. They seem fully aware of this and don't care. Will never stay here again, impossible to sleep.

::Unfortunately, I couldn't close my eyes: it was loud (I could hear the buses and cars on the street) and the curtains weren't opaque, so the street lights shone into the room. This was in stark contrast to the room's advertising ("soundproof") and the actually very pleasant overall impression of the hotel.

::The hotel is in great position. Very close to the city center, just next to the railway and bus station. It has direct entry from the hotel to the both stations. Hotel gives you a free card and you can use any transport for the whole day. Hotel is super clean, you have free use of fitness center. Free and good internet. Everything is excellent.

::Convenient location to train station. Self check in east though a staff member was on hand to help as well. Stayed in a comfort plus room - good size, comfortable bed and clean. Loved the Malin & Goetz toiletries! Good selection of food at breakfast. All staff very friendly and helpful. Appreciated the later checkout.

::We loved the location of this hotel and the fact that they provided us a citycard which allows you to use public transport in the large region around Wuppertal. We even used it for our day trip to Dusseldorf. Most staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! We can also recommend ordering a lunch box for 12 EUR per person, but ask to allow you to fill it yourself from the buffet if possible. We enjoyed the comfort plus room. We had booked 2 nights via booking.com and then wanted to add 1 additional night and stay in the same room. The pricing for the extra night was not transparent though. We had agreed to 120 EUR including tax, but then later an additional 10 EUR city tax was added (from our perspective also tax). We finally received 3 invoices for this 1 additional night (1 of 120, 1 of 132 and 1 of 142 EUR!).
