  We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Ilske. The welcome was very warm, the room was really comfortable and - just like the restaurant - with a wonderful view of the valley. The food was delicious and lovingly presented. And the home-grown wine is excellent. Thank you for a completely relaxing break!

  We came unannounced as a large group, but we received a very friendly welcome and excellent catering (although there was a wedding in the house at the same time). The food was perfect, the service was impeccable. In addition, a super nice view over Bad Kösen from the terrace, a clear recommendation.

  It was a short but very pleasant stay. I can only warmly recommend it. Very friendly, competent, loving and yet modern hotel. Will definitely be back.
