  The courses are really good.... Staff is friendly and competent. This gym has all u need. The light and interieur could be a bit more friendly to lift the mood, but the rest is perfectly fine.

  The gym is well equipped if your aim is general health/fitness classes. There are plenty of machines, a pool, a freestyle/aerobics area and also a sauna/wellness area. If you are into bodybuilding, powerlifting and the like, it becomes a bit challenging to use the squat rack and the press benches at peak times. The free weight area is not specially large and it becomes very crowded.

  Good enough gym, but the trainers aren't very helpful. Would be very nice if the opening hours would be until 23 also in weekends.

  The gym improved a lot! It is clean and tidy and the trainers and coworkers are always ready to help. 4Stars because the gym should invest improving their equipment
