::Incorrect advice, the bank didn't respond at all when asked. Clear instructions about a depot that should be closed are not even processed, you would have to contact Berlin. I also find it impossible to make an appointment for any kind of advice or processing. Nobody answered the phone to make an appointment. I cannot recommend this bank at all.
