  This is how you imagine a bank. Helpful even if you're not a customer. Guido Kühnert helped me set up online banking. Now I'm thinking about switching to Sparda Bank.

  Opening hours that are a joke for employees. Unable to deposit money because the machine is broken. I was offered to make an appointment. However, that doesn't help because I don't want an appointment, I just want to deposit money. Since the branch wasn't officially open, they weren't able to help. A bank change is now pending. Thanks for nothing.

  I - well, actually my whole family - have been a satisfied customer of Sparda-Bank Berlin eG for almost 2 years now. Young adults under 30 in particular benefit from offers such as free account management and credit cards, but Sparda Bank's service and offers are also worthwhile for older customers. At the branch in Halle Neustadt, I appreciate not only the good parking availability but also the service at the service counter, even if this is unfortunately only offered two days a week. No matter what problem I come back with, I am always helped with great kindness. If you have major concerns, you can quickly get a consultation appointment both online and on site. I was particularly impressed by Mr. Kühnert's competent investment advice. He explained the various investment options to me in detail and understandably and took the time to analyze my risk tolerance and financial goals and then developed an investment plan for me - and with me. So a clear recommendation!
