::As a long-time account holder, I tried to open an account for my daughter today without an appointment. The employee (I deliberately didn't remember his name) first asked for an appointment. I find it strange since he took the elevator down. After communicating my concern, I had the impression that he had no desire to do anything good for Sparda Bank Berlin. He didn't even ask if we were customers of the bank. One word led to another. We then left. Customer-friendly looks different and I'm not used to Sparda Bank.
