::An absolutely disastrous move with this company. The local agent in Münster who they appointed had never worked in relocation before and had 2 other jobs which at times took presidence over our move causing us some issues. Complete lack of co-ordination and poor information between the two, emails/phone calls unanswered. I found Daniela rude and unhelpful, her english is not great and did not understand my concerns when they were raised. We have used relocation services before and this company did not come anywhere near our expectations (not a cheap service). Thankfully my husbands HR dept stepped in and found us a house and organised most of the move. Extremely disappointing.
