::Excellent hotel. Quiet and comfortable. A very good option in Munich

::The restaurant is excellent but the front desk clerk is a real jerk. Call up to ask a simple question and he hangs up on you.

::We booked a room here. The check-in time is 3:00 pm and we are kept waiting outside until now 4:00 because the manager agreed to the extension of the previous guests stay!! 👎🏻 In addition to all that, we handed the manager our certificate of vaccination, however, he managed to pressure us about our expired COVID test which turned to be not required in case of fully vaccination!! This hotel has a poor management service and I don’t recommend anyone who wants to enjoy his stay

::Nice, but no English translation and no air conditioning in rooms. Pleasant and well maintained. Restaurant didn't take credit cards though (hotel did)

::Stayed in a single room. It was small but had a nice light wooden interior. The bathroom was quite big with underfloor heating. No problems in finding the right shower temperature. Rooms are quiet, either there weren't many guests or it's just silent. Breakfast was pretty standard, some boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, bread rolls, bread and several toppings, two juices, water, some cereal, milk and coffee of course. You had to operate the machine yourself but I did not hear my colleagues complaining. Overall a very pleasant stay. Only negative point was the hallway lighting, there seems to be a (hopefully temporary) problem with the motion detector.
