  This is NOT a boutique hotel. This is cheap, old rooming house. No internet, no working tv, no working phone, no working heat and no aircon. Elevator keeps braking. Bed made with old sheets from previous guest. (pubic hairs and blood) Staff don't care. They will always get suckers with their fake promises. And its noisy. No soundproofing. You hear everything from the other rooms and from the hallway noise. Toilets flushing, showers and water running. Possibly a good place to pass out drunk and then leave in the morning. Read the reviews online on various sites. Thats all its good for. The one star is for the location.

  Great location! Just around the corner from the hofbrauhaus. Close to public transport. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was typical European hotel breakfast. Room was a bit snug, but very clean, cozy and comfortable.

  Excellent location. Friendly stuff. Good breakfast, but very small room for breakfast. Small rooms and very narrow beds. No air conditioning and fridge.

  Small hotel near Marienplatz. Very tasty and delucious breakfasts, but rooms are small and it is here a bit noisy. I do not recommend for more oversleepings.
