  The hotel is fantastic, with a serene atmosphere and breathtaking views. I could hear the bell ringing every day, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The tea and sauces served at breakfast deserve special mention for their exquisite flavors and attention to detail. The restaurants in town are also excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. After just a few days, I completely fell in love with this place and can't wait to come back!

  Suite room is so nice. Love the layout and furniture. Finally got a sunny day and a beautiful view of the building.

  In my visit last July, the overall experience was less than satisfactory. While a few staff members were welcoming, we felt somewhat out of place, perhaps being the only Indian guests at the time. However, I'd like to believe that this was more reflective of the hotel's hospitality standards rather than any bias. On a positive note, the hotel boasts a stunning location with breathtaking views of Frankfurt city."

  The Falkenstein Grand is a beautiful hotel with extra large, well-appointed rooms. The setting is serene! However, travelers should be forewarned that the rooms are NOT air conditioned. The staff was gracious enough to provide a fan, but it was still uncomfortable. We did not know this - and didn’t see it mentioned in online reviews.

  We stayed during a special occasion and the staff went above and beyond to make it more special. They organized a taxi pick up at the train station, had sparkling wine and a welcome fruit basket waiting for us, a table by the fireplace for our dinner reservation, and an upgrade to the deluxe room facing the skyline. The property was GORGEOUS. It felt like we were hours away but to be within 25 minutes of Frankfurt Airport was so convenient. We loved the room and the bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable, shower pressure was good and the balcony was spacious. Food at the restaurant was incredible, our favorites were the truffle pasta and homemade sorbet. Highly recommend. We thought it was fairly priced as well. Breakfast buffet was included with our stay as a Platinum Elite and had a good selection. One of the best parts were the sauna, the hot tub and the heated outdoor pool. We thought the spa area was clean, spacious and relaxing. We appreciated the tea selection too. It also never got too crowded. Overall, we can't wait to come back. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and romantic end to our European trip. The convenience of being close to the airport but also still feel like you're in a mountain retreat can't be beat. Lastly, service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special.
