::I've only heard positive things and have been going there with my braces for a while now. The staff is always super nice and so is Mr. Urbanczik. I am treated well and the waiting times are always short. What I also think is good is that you are asked if you want an apple after the appointment. You won't find a better orthodontist anywhere!

::Unfortunately I can only agree with the negative reviews. Actually, I'm not a critical person. I also paid for private treatment and received health insurance benefits. Criticism will not be accepted. I also find it extremely unhygienic when the assistants/dentists don't wear gloves. However, I must add that my treatment is already in the past.

::Don't recommend anyone to go there! Paid for private treatment and received health insurance benefits. Completely ripped off. It is also very unhygienic as it treats the mouth without gloves. Methods are very old-fashioned. The treatment room offers no privacy and everyone can see what is being done to you. It is a large common room where 5 patients are treated at the same time.

::I was there today because of my loose braces and Urbanczik put me down roughly and attacked me with my private life. He yelled at me throughout the practice and humiliated me.
