  Good food, we were a group and had a separate room, but service could have been better.

  Food is good. A bit overpriced. Steak was great. Ambient is almost perfect: wine bottles, bar, nice tables, light and... a TV with soccer! What?. Sport bar with 25€ dishes?. Our Tiramisú did not taste ok. But we realized too late after I tried my wife's dish and said "stop,". do not eat more". For her it was just not tasty, but I tasted bad state. Still, even if I gave feedback it showed up in the bill. It is ok for your typical restaurant, but not ok for what they pretend to be (and charge).

  We went there for dinner with my wife because we like wine. Despite the 30 minute walk from the hotel, which by the way was totally enjoyable, we were not let down - not only were the open wines very good so that we ended up having a lot of them, but the food was great too. A romantic dinner in this restaurant is surely a good tip for off the beaten path of the downtown Nürnberg!
