  Very good hospital with very well trained staff. I had a nose operation on ward 17 and they behaved very kindly to me, even though I don't speak German very well, it turned out that with me they were people, regardless of the language I speak, he speaks. I thank them in this way.

  Station 12 is the beast! I had an accident at a construction site and the 11th vertebra was crushed during the fall. I waited for an ambulance for a maximum of 10 minutes. On Monday, I had an accident on Tuesday, surgery. On Wednesday, I got out of bed, a week has passed and I've been walking up and down the stairs. Really super good staff, wonderful helpful people work here. Full of culture and a smile on your face, a well-organized team. Today the social worker came and simply asked if I had a place to live because if not, I would get a room and help. The second lady from the station 12 office gave me all the documents, a medical certificate, instructions on what screw is in the spine, what implant and everything I need. They charmed me so much with their kind and helpful hearts that I cried half the day. They even let me stay late at night until the bus to Poland came to pick me up. Greetings to the entire team and blessings to all hospital employees.

  I gave birth to my son there a year ago. The stay was very pleasant and my excitement was taken away by the midwifery student. I had a midwife by my side the whole time who gave me motivation. It was a beautiful birth, even my baby was there, the midwife and I burst into tears, so beautiful and emotional...

  I think they are overloaded with patients. So no much time per person

  As an American who recently moved here, I was very worried about my small operation at the krankhaus. Every person there was friendly, professional, and made me very comfortable. They even changed my appointment for me when I became sick, without any bad attitudes. This is more than i can say for other hospitals. I do have fairly good German, which helps, but regardless I feel this is a great place to go for healthcare and I would return. Special thanks to Dr. Med. A. Schröder for taking such good care of my operation and his Narcöse team was so great, too.
