  Great located modern hotel, located on the hillside, with a great view of the city of Bad Blankenburg. The hotel is located below Greifenstein Castle - so all in all it is very nicely located. Great ambience, with inviting rooms and sauna (currently out of order), very attractive decor of the dining room and café. The hotel is very inviting for guests looking for peace and quiet as well as very suitable for groups. Very friendly courteous staff - with great food and homemade cakes in the café. The café invites you to romantic meetings until 10 p.m.

  In the newly renovated rooms ("Haus Friede") great - calm, modern standard in a traditional setting. In all rooms: very hospitable staff. Recommendation for everyone who, instead of exchangeable chain hostels for modern nomads, wants to experience an atmosphere of closeness to their homeland. Completely without a farmer's cupboard and deer antlers on the wall.

  The ice cream sundae tastes twice as good above the roofs of Bad Blankenburg. A wonderful refreshment for the warm day. Very nice staff. Sundae but relatively expensive, for an average taste experience.

  Pretty great all around and the staff were exceptional
