  It used to be a good bank with nice local employees. Then church communities are scared away because they no longer accept change. Then small savers and small customers. Has retreated into online business and is leaving customers out in the cold when it comes to everything. Only major customers are flattered. Customer hotline catastrophic and poorly trained. Flexibility and processing of inquiries 6-. Should drop the name.

  Due to Corona, the bank is closed to customers. Great excuse to save personnel costs and switch customers to online. The branch will then be closed permanently. Worst bank in Germany. Hotline is a fiansko. Christian is different.
