::My father was an inpatient in the pulmonology ward for 1 week. There he gradually deteriorated day by day. He was no longer cognitively able to think about hydration. The nursing staff did not respond to this. (actually part of the training to observe and react to this) Nursing staff very unfriendly when approached. Ward doctor visibly overwhelmed! Father was discharged confused and completely dehydrated! When talking to OA, the excuse was that the ward doctor was overloaded. Thank God, after discharge, we had an appointment at the Ruhrland Clinic immediately afterwards!!!! They listened to us immediately!!! And my father's condition was recognized. Luckily he was immediately admitted to hospital!!! He received fluid through the vein and very good nursing care. And was discharged home without confusion and in good general condition. (Many thanks to the nursing staff and doctors at the Ruhrland Clinic. .

::I was allowed to stay at the NH1 station for 14 days, I felt absolutely safe and in good hands! Every single employee, from physio, nurses and doctors, has their heart ❤️ in the right place. They helped me a lot and I am grateful for that.

::Totally outdated, not even a toilet or shower in the room. Don't let your relatives end up in this storage facility. It is nothing else. The wounds burst open and they get blood poisoning. It's so unhygienic. Toilet chairs are not cleaned. Beds have to be made up by relatives because no one does it and the staff just sits in the break room and drinks coffee. So be careful at this hospital!!! My relative has been in an artificial coma in the intensive care unit for a week now.

::The doctors and nursing staff were exceptional and empathetic. There is a lot of human interaction in this clinic, so there is a good atmosphere on both wards. The clinic itself is ideally located in the middle of the park, the rooms all have their own exit to the terrace or the park and the food is delicious and healthy. A heartfelt thank you to everyone!

::Doctors who listen to you, take their time, take you seriously and provide loving nursing care, extremely competent therapists and good support when it comes to fasting. A completely new experience for me. Neural therapy treatment carried out on a medical certificate by the senior physician/ward doctor. Thank you for everything, it was very good for me. And I just didn't know what to do before... I changed my diet and will continue the treatments as best I can at home. God's blessing to everyone.
