  Impressed! Usually I get the kind of friendly enthusiastic service only at Sixt but I have to say these guys (new staff?) were really motivated and easy to deal with. Returned a car a couple of days ago and straight away a someone who was cleaning another car came over, helped me park, checked out the car immediately for me and when I asked for a printed receipt instead of an email another person (manager?) even came over and sorted all that for me so quickly and efficiently, I was really very much impressed. Thank you guys!

  Guter service; jedoch kann man nach den regulären Öffnungszeiten das Auto nur an der Straße abstellen, da der Hof abgeschlossen wird. Parkplatzsuche spät Abends nervt...

  They were supposed to be open at 8:00 am, I wanted to return the car at 9:00 am but they were not open yet. There was no parking lot on street that I could park the car and drop the key in the box. So I waited until 9:45 am and no one showed up yet. Finally some one left and I parked the car in front of Europcar and dropped the key. When I returned back to Canada I realized that they had charged me for fuel, although I had fully filled up the gas tank.

  Nice staff, easy service, didn't like having to park the car out on the street at drop off after hours. Locked garage would be be better
