::Europcar Essen has saved our day. We had problems with our Volvo. Volvo assistent fixt the rental car. The Guys from europcar drove us from wesel to Essen. And they gave us a 6000km old Passat (with No damage, just good as new) Thanks for helping us!

::Terrible when t comes to getting your money i.e deposit back it has been now over 6 weeks many phone call later still nothing. Nothing wrong with the car and a full tank of fuel . Disgraceful , Quick enough to take your money off of you but very poor at returning your money.
