::Unbelievable!! Using the Hotline or asking them directly at the counter consists of short calls or talks without any sort of help or knowledge about the trips, tickets or company's customer service. They don't speak proper English or German and they won't help you IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM. They hang up the phone abruptly. Tickets won't be sent to your Email but are expected to be printed out. Die sprechen kein genügendes Deutsch oder Englisch und legen das Telefon auf unerwartet, ohne irgendwelche Informationen. Hilfe oder Erklärungen zu bekommen, gehört zu Träumen.

::We arrive both in Berlin and Netherlands one hour before the estimated arrival. In Netherlands, we had to wait for almost 1 hour and a half in the cold to get our train. The seats were very uncomfortable. Besides that, the seats right in front of the toilet aren't reclining. The space for the legs are too tight. There wasn't WiFi in the bus. And also, there were only 4 USB for phone charging. In one of the trips, there wasn't toilet for the passengers!

::It wad a nice experience travelling by eurolines, we travelled from berlin to orague in eurolines. The comfort level was satisfactory, not extraordinary but it was just okay. Their toilet condition was worst. They could have improved it, because if someone travelling for more than 3 hours , toilet should be provided

::Dont book, cant be trusted. booked my bus a month in advance, to get to the station at 10pm and be told that its been canceled and that i "should have received an email and a refund.' Never received either. Will NEVER book with them again.

::I thought I would be able to print out my ticket at my university but unfortunately I couldn't, after emailing the company to see if they could make an exception and I could present the confirmation on my smart phone the response I got was unhelpful and said that I would still need to print it out despite not having much time before departure. I ran and took the train and ran to a copy place (with all of my stuff in my large backpack). Another train ride and running to the terminal, relieved to arrive at 2:59pm to depart at 3pm only to discover the bus had already left. Staff member there was extremely rude and unhelpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
