  Very disappointing hotel stay (we love visiting this area of Germany, and this was not a good hotel experience). The staff at check in told us that breakfast was included, then called us on our room phone to let us know it is extra price (that is fine, we didn’t want breakfast anyways). Then at check out, we were informed that parking in the hotel garage was 13 euro (there is free parking available at street level, but zero signs posted for this free option). At check out, The reception staff said it was our fault for not knowing about the parking charge. I will post a picture of the tiny sign, which states the fee info. It is within the garage, unreadable from any extended distance. Yet, all of their meal and service advertisement is posted very clearly in the elevator and in key locations. Also, mini fridge items are not included (luckily we searched and found the fine print with this info before we drank the water). WiFi was very weak. The bed was comfortable.

  The place looks great as soon as you walk in. Impressed at the reception, the way they have sorted themselves out with COVID station. The room is clean and fresh. Everything you need is here. Bathroom is spotless. Overall impressed with the place.

  It's ranked with 4 stars but no, I have been in better hostels.

  Room is very good even if in front of the train station and road. Breakfast buffet is very good.

  It's very comfortable hotel. Breakfast is satisfactory and of good quality. Rooms are spacious enough. Its perfect for business travels. Although keep in mind of the 13 Euro per day for parking charges. The parking charges are normal in this area.
