  Good: 1.The service is good and staff are friendly. 2. The car is well maintained. Bad: 1.The parking lot is full when I tried to return the car in a Sunday afternoon. 2. The car-returning place is not close to subway stations.

  Theiving criminals!!!!! €300 for a chip in the windscreen that was there when the car was hired!! Tried to argue, but all the clots behind the counter can do is smile and say it wasn't there when the car was hired. When we tried to argue the point further suddenly 2 mechanics arrived in the office and just stood there!! Got the message loud and clear, the intimidation worked and they are €300 richer.
