::I went there with a valid booking. Enterprise offered a car and tried to process my valid German credit card for the deposit. They claim they tried it three times and failed. Mysteriously, they could charge for the border crossing fee of 34.99 EUR that I still haven't gotten back. Then they told me that I could try my credit card in another place. I offered Tegel as my card had worked there. An Enterprise employee told me he would write an email that day to the Tegel branch. The next morning I arrived at Tegel, and the Enterprise colleagues knew nothing about the issue. So I phoned this branch and they said they would call me back in a few minutes. They never called me back. So I went to this branch. They said they only had small cars available even though I rented a high end car like Audi A4. I declined, and they said they would give me the money back. This happened exactly a week ago, and I got no money back. They also said last Thursday that they would write an email. I said OK, please write the email, I am waiting. The guy got a puzzled face and realized I don't allow him to trick me again, so he wrote the email. Today I wanted to use the email to get my money back and the bottom of the email read CONFIDENTIAL, cannot be used by third parties. The credit card hotline of my German bank said the deposit request never appeared in their system. I also went to the bank and their staff confirmed my card was working perfectly fine. I am asking, was the deposit ever requested? Fun fact: the day after with Global / buchbinder.de, the same credit card worked perfectly. I also bought food with the same credit card one hour after it was charged. You can draw your own conclusions, I have mine. I am puzzled, is this the 21st Century? What is this service? Thank you for the exceptional service, from now on, Enterprise Berlin is on my black list.

::Fully booked. I advise you to book online prior to visiting the office. The staff over there is highly trained and speak fluent English.

::I got a notice that the police requested my info to issue a fine for speeding. That's all fine, I'll happily pay the fine to the police. However, the notice also stated that Enterprise will charge me 20 Euros *for forwarding my data to the police*. Now that's just a rip-off. In comparison, I once received a fine for speeding when renting at Buchbinder (which is just around the corner), and they didn't charge me anything for forwarding the data. Not cool, Enterprise!
