  Super professional and motivated trainers! Each unit is individually tailored to me and my goal and I look forward to training every time. I feel super comfortable and there is a very family atmosphere there.

  Very friendly staff who are very competent and understand your work. The facility has always been clean and tidy, which offers a good training atmosphere. On the whole, I can only recommend the gym.

  I had been there for a trial session and was really enthusiastic. The trainer (Mr. C.) was super nice and went into everything and also explained everything great. Since then I've been a customer and I'm always looking forward to training. I can recommend the studio to everyone.

  I love training there, the atmosphere is great, location perfect, the trainers know what they are doing. The place itself is lovely, shower is clean and comfy... 20mins of training go by so fast and you see results quickly.

  fantastic gents and extra caring motivating trainer. I vehemently recommend them to anyone who wants to have fun in fitness!!!
