  The team is super amazing 👏 we arrived early before they opened and when the whole staff came they welcomed us with warm hands especially the 3 ladies 😍 please call before going there, take everything required for your passport /birth certificate application and you won't spend much time. Our baby's documents were processed very quickly and the lady who helped us was so patient. We were observing everything which was being done as some people said we should prepare ourselves for unfriendly and rude staff but we were so amazed. Keep up the good work👌Next time we will bring you more chocolate🍫🍫🍫

  VaMafemba was extremely rude to me . The embassy is extremely unhelpful. Never go there if you're disabled . No one speaks German only rude English.

  Lack of professionalism, lack of competitiveness. one can never find the responsible person to speak to and get first hand information because during office hours they are busy in town. When they have to work they become arrogant because you will just be disturbing their galavanting in town. The lady on the reception is extremely rude and a serious liar 🤥 when asked firm questions she becomes really rude. It's a shame that there is lack of accountability/auditing I don't even know why some one is paid for the visa section. When one can't even get a visa from the embassy talkless of of the prices of the visa they will tell you "you get the prices and the duration of you visa when you get to Zimbabwe"what kind of joke is that? Very disappointed.😡😡😡😡.

  The Embassy was closed although it says that it should be opened.
