::The experience getting to the embassy is very mixed. Since a few months after introducing the electronic queue, things got much much better. I have appointment, I come with all the papers a few minutes earlier, in 10 minutes I'm done. (Before it was all a waiting queue that starts a few hours before the opening, and I could easily spend 6 hours just waiting). Here I could summarize the very positive aspects: - electronic queue system - book, come, go home - you can now conveniently pay the fees with card instead of bringing paper confirmation from by the bank Still some aspects need to improve: - friendliness of some of the personnel is not always at the highest level, e.g. in regards to German visitors. Never happened to me (!) but, well, it takes a bit of patience to explain what is expected from the visitors since most of the visitors are not all lawyers.

::Just forget that this place exists. There is not a single chance that they will answer your phone call or mail

::Very bad communication. The Embassy is unavailable on the phone and doesn't answer any mails.

::one of the worst embassies i have ever been to, and that's the opinion of my colleagues too. we were all invited to attend a cultural event in Kyiv, but the officer seemed like she was doing her best to make our mission of getting the Ukrainian tourist visas impossible! She is rude, refuses to try to speak any word of English, and is so uncooperative. what a shame!

::Rude and no respect, wasted time one hour without any information. Only one answer i had, i don't know 3 or 4 times. the face tell you that better you not come back here.. shame
