::I am trying to find out if my spouse is in the US, can I still visit US on a b1/b2 visa from Germany during the current travel ban? If yes, what documents should I carry. I am a German resident, not a US citizen. There is only an automated call service and no one at the embassy picks up the phone. I'd appreciate if there are any leads?

::As a US Citizen I am embarrassed by the quality of the service of this embassy. Contact is basically only possible via Email. And these tend to be never replied to. If you reach somebody on the telephone, they hardly speak English or German and have next to zero competence to answer any question apart from what is your name.
